Why am I doing this for free?
Ever since about tenth grade, I’ve been obsessed with all things health and fitness.
I’m also a huge nerd and I’ve done a ton of research about everything from veganism to meal prep to running to correct lifting form to caffeine intake to injury recovery. The list goes on, but I won’t make you read any more. 😉
That means that I’ve done 6 years of extensive research, people.
And the knowledge I gained from that is just sitting inside my head. I want to share it with people! And my roommates get tired of hearing about it after awhile…understandably. I guess.
I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t, and I want to save you 6 whole years of research. That’s quite a bit.
It also brings me a lot of joy to motivate people to reach their goals, and if you have fitness goals, I want to help you!
